Math can be one of the hardest subjects in school, it might already be. These websites hopefully can help with your math homework. Start by simply clicking on your grade level above. We have contacts to tutors available online too. For long-time tutors and program, the best thing to do is to check your school for existing programs.

  •  www.algebra.com – Algebra.com offers free tutor help with math. You can post up problems that you are having trouble with and their math tutors will help you solve them. You learn in the process and also get your homework completed.
  • Mathforum.org/dr.math -  Dr. Math has been recommended for math homework help on countless educational websites. You can post up your math questions and Dr. Math can help you answer them. Dr. Math is pretty great.
  •  www.mymathman.com – Mymathman.com is a great online math tutor. Mymathman.com specializes in algebra and geometry. They have a video teaching of each lesson. They also use the same book our district for the appropriate grade levels, so it should be a great help if you have trouble with a section in the math book.
  •  Student Classroom  -This site has very good math games and activities for middle school students. Great for graphs


9-12 High schoolTop of Page

  • www.freemathhelp.com – Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Calculus. Of course, the help is free is it is useful. They break each math level down into very detailed categories and parts.
  • www.SATMathPro.com  --SAT Math Pro contains over 125 video lessons designed to help students prepare for the math component of the SAT.  Created by a high school math teacher, features 20 interactive practice modules, timed quizzes, and lessons on test strategies.
  •  www.hotmath.com –Hotmath.com provides online, tutorial solutions to the required homework problems in many popular math textbooks.
  •  www.webmath.com - web math helps you on your math problem with step by step assistant. This is not a site that helps you solve the problem and says good bye.  They break your problem down by steps and explain to you. From algebra to even calculus, all high school math subjects
  •  www.algebrahelp.com/index.jsp - This site has more or less all your needs with algebra. There is even a section for dealing with your calculator.
  • mathforum.org/library/drmath/drmath.high.html   Ask Dr. Math is a question and answer service for math students and their teachers. A searchable archive is available by level and topic, as well as summaries of Frequently Asked Questions (the Dr. Math FAQ).
